Shipping and Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied. Should you have issues with a product from us, please call customer service at 309-358-1602 and we will help with any issues that you may have. Should returns be required, we will offer instructions to accommodate your needs.

Damaged Items: If your product was damaged in shipment, please contact us immediately at lumenok@mchsi.com for instructions, or call 309-358-1602 for help. We want to be sure that we get you product in the most expeditious manner.

Shipping: For standard orders, our goal is to ship within 48 hours. Please inquire about expedited delivery at time of order. Credit cards will be billed at the time the order is placed online or before shipping if order placed by phone.

Sales Tax: We are required by law to collect applicable state and local taxes for shipments to Illinois.

Pricing: The Burt Coyote Co. reserves the right to change prices, policies, and availability of products in this catalog due to errors in printing or changes in business conditions.
