What is Express Checkout?

Express Checkout is the fastest way to place your order online at Lumenok.net. After you place your first order, we will automatically reference the shipping and billing information you set in your profile! Do not worry -- if you need to edit your info, you can always do so in the next step.

What are my payment options?

Billing Information: Please be sure the name and address provided in the billing area matches this information as it appears on the cardholders credit card statement. If not, your order cannot be processed.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Local sales tax will be charged in Illinois.

How do I order by phone?

Shipping and Rate Options

How long will it take for my order to get to get to my doorstep?

Standard shipping within the United States takes 3-7 business days. We ship in-stock items right away, but if something is on backorder we will build it and ship it to you ASAP We ship US mail with delivery confirmation.

There are express options available at an additional cost. Express shipping rates are located below.

What are the shipping rates?

Standard shipping rates are for the 50 United States. The cost of shipping depends on the total amount of the order. Local sales tax will be charged in Illinois.

Can I get my order shipped?

3-5 Business Day Shipping - add $5.00 to the standard shipping charge. To Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico: add $10 to the standard shipping charge. Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST will be received in 3-7 business days.

Next Business Day Shipping - add $15.00 to the standard shipping charge. Not available to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST will be received next business day.

Order placed after 1:00 PM EST will be received in 2 business days.

(express shipping is not available to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses).

Returns and Exchanges

How do I return an item?

We want you to be satisfied. Should you have issues with a product from us, please call customer service at 309-358-1602 and we will help with any issues that you may have. Should returns be required, we will offer instructions to accommodate your needs.

Just follow the instructions on the return form. (DO NOT THROW OUT YOUR PACKING SLIP - IT IS YOUR RECEIPT!)
